
General Health Tips
If you follow these general health tips, you can be very healthy
-Eat plenty of fresh foods, including protein (preferably animal protein)
-Get plenty of sleep every night
-Get fresh air and sunlight, but not too much sunlight
-Take multivitamins
-Workout and be strong
-Limit your sugar and fat intake
-Shower at least 4 times a week
-NEVER EAT A CAN WITH A BLOATED LID. It is a sign of Botulism, a deadly toxin.
