
General Health Tips
If you follow these general health tips, you can be very healthy
- Eat plenty of fresh foods, including protein (preferably animal protein).
- Drink plenty of water. Water hydrates you, improves your skin, and cleans out your body.
- Wash your hands before cooking and/or eating, especially if you're eating with your hands.
- Get plenty of sleep every night.
- Get fresh air and sunlight, but not too much sunlight.
- Take multivitamins.
- Workout and be strong.
- Stretch before doing any workout, heavy lifting, or exertion.
- Limit your sugar and fat intake.
- Shower at least 4 times a week.
- Avoid rusty metal, and wear gloves if you need to handle it. If you get a cut, wash your hands immediately.
- You are not "weak" or "cowardly" for using PPE, in fact you're being intelligent and forward thinking (PPE = Personal Protection Equipment, things like gloves and safety goggles).
- Season allergies can be lessened with exercise.
- To avoid ticks, wear long socks.
- NEVER EAT A CAN WITH A BLOATED LID. It is a sign of Botulism, a deadly toxin.
