General Health Tips

If you follow these general health tips, you can be very healthy

  • -Eat plenty of fresh foods, including protein (preferably animal protein)
  • -Get plenty of sleep every night
  • -Get fresh air and sunlight, but not too much sunlight
  • -Take multivitamins
  • -Workout and be strong
  • -Limit your sugar and fat intake
  • -Shower at least 4 times a week

  • -NEVER EAT A CAN WITH A BLOATED LID. It is a sign of Botulism, a deadly toxin.
