
General Health Tips
If you follow these general health tips, you can be very healthy
- Eat plenty of fresh foods, including protein (preferably animal protein)
- Get plenty of sleep every night
- Get fresh air and sunlight, but not too much sunlight
- Take multivitamins
- Workout and be strong
- Limit your sugar and fat intake
- Shower at least 4 times a week
- NEVER EAT A CAN WITH A BLOATED LID. It is a sign of Botulism, a deadly toxin.
