Ways to take care of your ears

If you have any hearing loss, see a doctor. You can use ear sound amplifiers to correct the loss.

If you have a bug in your ear, first try to let it fall out. If it doesn't work and it's still alive, use olive, mineral, or baby oil to drown in, then let it and the oil fall out. You can also use a flashlight to try to draw it out. If you have a bulb syringe, use that to remove the bug once it's dead (or if it was dead in the first place. See a doctor if you have a perforated eardrum or are bleeding from the ear.

If you have chronic tinnitus, you can use a white noise machine and cut back on caffeine and cigarettes (and other nicotine products). It's recommended you see a doctor.
