If you follow these general routine tips, you can improve your focus and productivity!
Always work in the same place
Work in a place facing the wall
Work in a quiet place
Use a planner, with specific times for tasks
Set alarms and timers with a pleasing alarm sound (remember, you will be awake for these)
Break tasks into manageable chunks
Listen to classical music
For ADD and ADHD, take Omega-3 Oil (Krill Oil) and Vitamin B6, as well as a balanced diet with plenty of protein (including multivitamins).
For ADD, take Caffine Pills.
