
Focusing
If you follow these general routine tips, you can improve your focus and productivity!
- Always work in the same place
- Work in a place facing the wall
- Work in a quiet place
- Use a planner, with specific times for tasks
- Set alarms and timers with a pleasing alarm sound (remember, you will be awake for these)
- Break tasks into manageable chunks
- If facing a large task, start doing it for 5 minutes with a guaranteed break afterwards. You will find that it's now easier to continue working on the task.
- Listen to classical music
- Read classical literature
- Visualize the success and relief of completing a task
- For ADD and ADHD, take Omega-3 Oil (Krill Oil) and Vitamin B6, as well as a balanced diet with plenty of protein (including multivitamins).
- For ADD, take Caffine Pills (with moderation).
- Take L-Theanine.
- Listen to Gregorian Chants.
