If you follow these general routine tips, you can improve your focus and productivity!

  • Always work in the same place
  • Work in a place facing the wall
  • Work in a quiet place
  • Use a planner, with specific times for tasks
  • Break tasks into manageable chunks
  • Listen to classical music
  • (For ADHD specifically) Take Omega-3 Oil (Krill Oil) and Vitamin B6, as well as a balanced diet with plenty of protein (including multivitamins).
