Brain Fog

If you find yourself unable to focus or having brain fog, first follow these steps


-Eat good, nutritious food

-Get a good amount of sleep

-Read a fiction book

-Do a light task before starting a complex task, to "warm up" your mind

-Close your eyes, and place the fingers and thumb of your dominant hand to the middle of your forehead, and recall what you're trying to remember
