STOP.
OBSERVE what causes the anxiety.
BREATHE at least 5 deep breaths. Make sure to feel the air going in and out of your lungs, and your lungs themselves.
EXPAND your senses.
REACT in a calm, collected way.

-If you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, try to mentally "step back" and observe them from a distance in your head.
-Recognize when you have anxious thoughts, and reflect on them.
-Limit Caffeine and energy drinks to only what you need to stay alert.
-Limit Alcohol
-Try to get some sleep. If you have trouble sleeping, check here
-Regularly exercise if you can. It can be a light exercise.
-You can also carry around an object that you can play with and observe. Lavender essential oils also help with anxiety, however, avoid Lavender-based topical products or consuming Lavender, as it can disrupt hormones.
