
Sleep
Sleeping is absolutely necessary for health. If you can't sleep, follow these tips
- Don't take any caffeine at least 5 hours before you sleep. Keep in mind some drinks have caffeine
- Sleep in a darkened environment
- Don't listen to energetic music before going to sleep
- Make sure your jaw is unclenched and your shoulders are loose
- Read a book before bed
- If you still can't sleep, close your eyes and move your eyes back and forth randomly
- As a last resort, you can take Melatonin. Follow all instructions on the label.
