[Painful Periods]

Periods are often uncomfortable, but sometimes, they are more painful than usual. Here is what you can do


[Long Periods]

If your period is longer than 8 days, see a doctor. Take Iron and Folic Acid to avoid anemia (lack of iron in the body).


[Lack of Periods]

If you have no periods whatsoever, even after a slight delay, it could be caused by the following.

  1. Pregnacy
  2. Extremley low body fat
  3. Physical problems with your reproductive organs (Ovaries, Uterus)
