How to deal with pain
-IMPORTANT! Make sure to read all instructions on the drugs
-Make sure to periodically check the expiration date on the medicine
Normal Pain
- Ibuprofen ("Advil"/"Moltrin"). Great for colds and the flu
- Acetaminophen ("Tylenol"). Great for colds and the flu
- Naproxen ("Aleve")
- Lidocaine. Good for skin pain/irritaion
- If you have an injury with no open wounds, lightly rub where the injury has occurred without putting any pressure. This will override the pain signals
Chronic Pain
- Capasin Cream
- Vitamin D
- Close your eyes, and "look" at the source of pain. Repeat the number 55515 in your mind repeatedly
