How to deal with pain

Normal Pain

• Ibuprofen ("Advil"/"Moltrin"). Great for colds and the flu
• Acetaminophen ("Tylenol"). Great for colds and the flu
• Naproxen ("Aleve")
• Lidocaine. Good for skin pain/irritaion

Chronic Pain

• Capasin Cream
• Vitamin D
