Good Things to Know

-You can set boundaries for yourself

-You can stand up for yourself

-Regardless of what people have told you, you shouldn't tolerate abuse

-You deserve love and affection

-Love should be given freely, not "earned"

-Family needs to earn trust just like anyone else

-You have innate worth as a person

-There is no honor in needless suffering

-"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is nonsense. Some things make you stronger, and some things make you weaker. And what is which, is different from person to person.

-Toxic positivity is just as bad as negativity

-You deserve friends

-You deserve a break from time to time

-Just because you're going through a situation or something psychological, doesn't mean you're not awesome

-Don't accept criticism from people you wouldn't/don't respect

-People do not necessarily act like your parents

-Only you can determine your worth. Make a fair assessment

-Don't assume peoples' intentions, as unfounded assumptions are lies that you tell yourself

-Hindsight is 20/20. If you had perfect foresight and knowledge, your primary income would be the lottery

-It's okay to make mistakes. We all live and learn.

-It's perfectly fine to be neurodivergent

-The only stupid question is the question never asked

-Just because you trust someone, doesn't mean they should be trusted

-Don't listen to anyone who says you're something you're not

-You are not your thoughts

-No one you interact with is psychic or a mindreader

-Don't push people away because of past events

-You belong wherever you decide to belong

-You're capable of far more than you know

-EVERYONE has impostor syndrome to some degree. Just be your best self!

-Remember, you were born with a body that's meant to grow and improve. Sometimes, it may feel wrong, but it's good to accept it and learn to appreciate it!

-You choose who you want to be

-How you treat others, reflects upon you

-Don't be afraid to ask for restitution. Talk is cheap

-Train yourself to be your own best advocate

-Try not to make big decisions at night, and don't trust any late night depression

-It is what it is

-Words are energy and cast spells, that’s why it’s called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself, and you can change your life.


Disregard anyone who says otherwise, no matter who they are.
