Depression is when you feel sad and low energy for more than two weeks. Other symptoms include
-A lack of interest in doing things, especially things you used to enjoy before

To help, do these
-Get some fresh air and sunlight
-Exercise
-Take Magnesium supplements
-Do a small task to help yourself
-Think about things you can be grateful for
-Think about Reasons to Live
Remember, if your depression is caused by something, you will need to come to terms with it or solve the problem to truly heal. However, you can have a good life and still be depressed. It doesn't mean you're ungrateful or seeking attention.
