Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

Urinary Tract Infections are infections in the urethra, the tube where pee comes from.

The symptoms are; painful urination, frequent urination, and in some cases, bloody urine and pain


To treat it, do the following

  1. Drink a lot of water
  2. Drink unsweetened/low-sugar cranberry juice

PREVENTION: To avoid Urinary Tract Infections, drink unsweetened/low-sugar cranberry juice and plenty of water.

If the Urinary Tract Infection doesn't go away after following these steps, or there is a fever, see a doctor.
