Swimmer's Ear

The symptoms are itching and pain in the ear, and sometimes redness in the ear canal

To treat it, do the following

  1. Apply ear drops. You can make your own ear drops with half vinegar and half rubbing alcohol. (Do not use ear drums if your ear drum is punctured)
  2. Avoid swimming and ear plugs. When you take a shower/bath, try not to get water in your ear.
  3. Take Painkillers

PREVENTION: To avoid Swimmer's Ear, drain out the water after swimming, bathing, and showering.

If your Swimmer's Ear doesn't go away after following these steps, see a doctor.
