Carpal Tunnel

If you have Carpal Tunnel (numbness, tingling, and weakness in the fingers and/or hand), follow these steps.

  1. Gently rotate your wrists back and forth
  2. Extend and contract your fingers
  3. Wear a wrist splint at night
  4. Use cold packs on your wrist
  5. Make sure you're getting enough Vitamin C and E
  6. Make sure you have good posture at your desk

PREVENTION: To avoid Carpal Tunnel, do the top two exercises listed above every 30 minutes when you are on the computer.
